SPINACH VIKING (Spinacea oleracea L.): Medium-sized variety adapted to spring and summer cultivation, highly resistant to bolting due to its slow growth. Yields medium-sized, green, oval shaped leaves with stems divided into lobes. Cultivation: Avoid very strong and badly drained soils. Sow, in Winter and Spring, continuous rows and thin out young plants, leaving 10 cm between each one. The outer leaves can be harvested every 15 days.
